My dd's teamate got a 10 on beam at her high school states she also got on one floor. If you want to see the routine click on -rotation 4, and fast forward to 38 minutes into the video and watch till the endt when they realize she got a 10, she was the last gymnast. sorry this isnt the greatest video and I will only leave the link for a few days

Nope, never seen it. But we don't use the out of 10.0 system anymore in Australia. We are now using the same system as they use at an international elite level. So a score of 10.0 for us would actually be a very poor score.

Haha, we use the same scoring system for boys L8 and up. One of my guys (L8) got a 10.0 on pommels his first meet this year.

Every year a bunch of JO kids in Texas get 10.0s. Interestingly, never seem to see those scores at Westerns or Nationals.
