at home conditioning

I'm kind of bored with my current conditioning routine. I'm very committed, but I just need some different, creative new moves to add. Does anyone have any suggestions? BTW, I'm a level six gymnast.

What kind of stuff are you currently doing? Conditioning is one of my favorite things to do; so I might have some new exercises for you

My coaches found this wierd conditioning list thing that we do everyday. I'll list everything I can remember from it that doesn't require gym equipment.
10 press handstands
10 pike ups
10 handstand push ups
40 body lifts
15 second handstands against the wall (front and back)
If you have a pull up bar:
20 leg lifts
10 around the worlds
10 windshield wipers
10 chin up pull overs
