Beam shoes for sweaty feet. We have a girl in the gym who leaves footprints on the beam. Beam shoes worked wonders.

I used chalk to cure the sweaty hands and feet problem--well, controlled it more than cured it.

I have the sweatiest hands ever yuk (sorry if thats too much information) I have to coat them in chalk :P
