One of my optional girls used to do pommel-horse style mounts in her routines. She started out with leg cuts, and eventually learned to do scissors and mounted with those.

She doesn't really do them anymore. Too bad; it certainly set her apart from the other girls at meets.

There is an old video somewhere with a girl throwing flairs on the top bar of unevens. I can't find it anymore.
