The Chalk BucketIf it has to do with gymnastics and it doesn't fit in any other forum...post it here.
Well today we were doing level and i have only
been doing gymnastics a term and a half. So
I had one on one coaching to rank me up some more.
I went and did the ''rank test'' and I passed level
1 with flying colors then I had to do level 2,
and again I passed with flying colors im going to
do level 3 in 2 weeks cause I need to practise
doing a headstand wich I find harder than a
handstand and also a backwords roll to stand up no hands!
gotta practice the tripod thing for the headstands - try balancing your knees on your elbows when you are on your head - once you can balance them for 10 seconds hold your legs in a tuck position for 10 seconds, once you accomplished this try lifting your legs up completely balanced.... you could get it in a few days to a week good luck!

I agree with Ingymmom, that is great advice. I love tripods...I watch TV while holding them! I think they are so entertaining! LOL!
