She's 13, 5'1" and weighs 100 pounds. I had her do the recumbent bike for 15 minutes on a fairly low resistance, then she did some leg extensions, leg lifts, adducter/abducter machine... all on either the minimum weight of fairly low weights. She finished up with another 5 minutes on the stair climber (no leaning on the handrests). I figured it was better than nothing, and she doesn't even feel anything in her muscles today. Now THAT's not fair!!!
