Training Video
Head coach gave me a tumbling training video to help me with my coaching. It is really awesome. It's Mas Wantanabe (I think) and he gives you the progressions for every skill there is and explains why you need every progression. I'm going to go back and re-tune all my kids forward rolls and backward rolls. So far I've only watched the first video, but I can't wait to watch the next ones. If anyone is looking for a good training video, I highly recomend this one. It makes me want to move so I can get gymbabi in his gym.
