How Doyou?

How Do You Teach A Specific Skill? To A Beginner! Also To Someone Who Can Perform The Skill Somewhat? For Example: How Do You Teach The Aerial? I Think This Can Be A Great Thread. It May Belong In The Skills Forum But I Am Curious About The Different Methods Of The Coaches Out There. Thanks Davjam

Um... that's a pretty broad question. It really depends on the skill, and on the kid.

I agree with Geoffrey. Do you have a specific skill that you're working with a specific gymnast that you need help with?
