Hi coaches,
I have seen a lot of refrence to TOPS and I have no clue what it is, can someone explain please??

I can't remember exactly what it stands for but it is a national testing program centered around training elite gymnasts. It tests strength, flexibility, and skills.

The Olympic Trials aren't until June 2008, in Philadelphia. My dd and I are going since it's only about 1.5 hours away! She's very excited to see Shawn Johnson up close.  |
