Work on her shoulder flexibility and getting her shoulders to line up with her hands while in a bridge (backbend). You can also try having her do bridge kickovers starting with her feet up on something (like the couch)--while doing this, try to make sure her shoulders are lined up with her hands (or past her hands) before kicking over.
