Gymtide.com: NCAA Central Regional Gymnastics Practice Day in the Books

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. - The practice day for the NCAA Central Region Championships is in the books and now all that is left is what promises to be the most electrifying competition of the season.
"There is nothing like regionals in terms of excitement and pressure," Alabama head coach Sarah Patterson said. "There are six teams that will be competing tomorrow night and they all have one dream - to move on to Salt Lake City and the NCAA Championships. With such a young team, we are excited to be competing at home in front of the best fans in the world."
