Gymnastics Falls to Fifth Place at Conference Meet
The Illinois State gymnastics team (8-11) competed in its final regular season meet on Friday night. The Redbirds finished in fifth place with a score of 190.775 at the Midwest Independent Conference (MIC) meet. First place went to Illinois-Chicago with a score of 193.850, while second place went to Southeast Missouri with a tally of 192.025. Centenary College came in third with a score of 191.775, and fourth place went to Texas Woman's with a tally of 191.075. Centenary was the host of the five-team meet that began at 6 p.m.
