Thumbs up I found a great Gymnastics tutorial website
I was Google searching 'front tuck' and I found this great site.

I hope that helps the members on this board, it sure did help me a lot just by reading it I can't wait to get to the gym and reinforce my skills.

As much as I hate to perpetuate my reputation for being negative...the technique shown in those animations is awful.

Does that mean the information is not accurate? Because I don't want to be doing the wrong things, and worse make it a habit.

Yeah, the flash demos were pretty lackluster.
