Gymnast ForumOnly post in this forum if you are a practicing gymnast. You can be recreational or competitive and age does not matter. Just make sure you actively practice at least once per week.
i know when i was having lots of problems with my wrist it actually turned out to be a severely bruised bone.. it sucked but after almost 5 months of complete rest with it and then home PT it's getting a lot better.. really.. stay off of it but do simple strengthening exercises.. squeezing a tennis ball even.. don't let it go to mush but don't over do it.

If you can't take the injuries in gymnastics, try a less demanding sport.
