If you don't have any means of paying for music, your options are limited. Nevertheless, there are options!
My favorite resource for free and mostly-non-lyrical music is
OCRemix. Not sure if they have anything quite as dramatic as Pirates of the Carribbean, but if you want orchestral I'd take a look at stuff by Jeremy Robson, Jared Hudson, and (ESPECIALLY) Vampire Hunter Dan (you can enter any of those names in the "remixer" search bar on the left side of the screen and it should take you to a list of their stuff on the site.) For less traditional orchestral stuff (ie orchestra/techno blend), I'd reccomend you check out some of Zircon's stuff, also from OCR.
Calamitous Judgment is one of my favorites, and I've used it as routine music for my girls in the past and it worked great. It's definitely a bit more techno-influenced than Pirates of the Carribbean, but has a similarly dark and dramatic feel.
