Events Calendar & Good Luck Messages!

I have noticed that some of you have started submitting meets to the events calendar...awesome! I am trying to work an a system that would create a thread for every event that is created. Then we could easily ask questions about the event or say GOOD LUCK! After the event...you could tell us how you did. I think it would be a great little feature, let's see if I can get it working.

EDIT: About 5 minutes after I made that post, I got it working. If you create a new thread in the events forums, it will automatically put your event on the calendar. Also, if you create a new event on the calendar, it will automatically create a thread in the events forum.
