Your article can be about any part of gymnastics (ie. drills for you favorite skill in article format, avoiding shin splints, gymnastic parent advice, eating right, etc.). The rules are below.

Write an article with:

300-499 words = $5 gift certificate
500-999 words = $10 gift certificate
1000+ words = $15 gift certificate

This promotion will end Jan. 31, 2007. Write as many articles as you would like, earn yourself a new pair of grips!
