Hi everyone!
Hello, I have been a member for a few weeks now, but have never posted anything until now. I am a 21 year old head coach and program director of club for a few months now. When I was first given the job I wasn't sure I could do it b/c I was so young. And to tell the truth I still feel that way sometimes, but gymnastics has been in my life since I was 5 and I competed through several years of Level 10 and went to 3 nationals (2 westerns and 1 J.O championships) and placing on the floor in 2 of the meets. I always knew I would be coaching and hoped to one day co-own a club or run it, but I had no idea that I would be blessed with the opportunity this early in my life. I am doing my best and I think the overall program and team is starting to improve. Anyways I hope to get more aquainted with everyone here and am always open to comments and tips (especially business tips on bringing more kids to a rural farm town/small city where money is tight.).
