Angel!

Hi im Angel!
Im starting gymnastics in the fall so im looking
for alot of info because im starting as a teenager
so I'm quite nervous about starting later than
the 3-5 year old that start!
Im very determind and need some tips, any one
have any tips for starting out maby how to losen
up a bit before I start I have a summer to try to
become mrs elastic!

Hey angel. It's very cool that you're starting gym. Just simple stretches every day like starddles, pikes, and splits will improve if done every day.

are you starting competitive or rec gymnastics????
well i would agree with gracefulone just stretch out every day
a good thing to do is your splits while your are watching tv or something

Im acctuly starting competetive because I constulted to my to-be-coach
and she said since I had alot of history with dance I should be ok!

cool...im glad you are starting gymnastics...i would just focus on stretching and not trying skills on your own to experiment (it often leads to injury ] Hope ou enjoy it!

Hey Angel! I started kind of late too. I was about to turn 11 and I was starting out in Advanced. Then after a month or so they moved me to the team but we never competed........Its a long story.....but now I go to another gym and I am starting level 5 on Tuesday! Anyways, Welcome to the Chalkbucket! It rocks!!!!!!!
