Good Morning!
Hi All! I am a gymnastics (Level 4) coach in Northern Virginia. We just moved here from California, where I also coached, but not a competitive level (because of my daughters).... Which brings us to the next point....I have 2 gymnast daughters, level 4 competitors. Yup, you guessed it! I am their coach. This is a whole new issue in itself....
I am very happy to have found a place to get ideas for coaching techniques, discuss issues, and chat!! This is going to be great!
