Hello!
Hi, great to see a new and active board!

I guess I am kind of between "fan" and "coach"... I have done some training work with gymnast and dancer friends and have studied a lot about conditioning, flexibility, etc... but am not a fulltime coach. I'm a H.S. teacher by trade and do a bunch of other things on the side

I look forward to jumping into some discussions, especially training ones!
