We are seeking team-oriented, dependable individuals to join our staff for part-time and full-time instructor positions.

Do you love working with children? Are you a motivated, can't-sit-behind-the-desk type person with a background in gymnastics, dance, or cheerleading? Are you a natural at providing great customer service and enjoy being fit?

We are currently hiring for the following full and part-time positions for our VFW Parkway, West Roxbury and future locations:
Parent/Child Instructors (teaching ages 4 mos - 3 years old)
Preschool Gymnastics Instructors (teaching ages 3 – 6 years old)
Grade School Gymnastics Instructors (teaching ages 6-12 years old)
Dance Instructors
Karate/Sports Skills Instructors
Management Trainees: for dedicated individuals who possess proven management and teaching abilities, a strong work ethic and a desire to learn all aspects of The Little Gym business.

For over 30 years, The Little Gym has set the standard for progressive motor-skill development by providing children with a foundation of confidence through our unique non-competitive gymnastics and fitness programs. Our Infant/Toddler, Preschool, Grade School gymnastics, karate, dance, and sports skills classes are all taught in a fun, safe and nurturing environment. We use time-tested curriculum and teaching methods. All of our programs encourage children to develop at their own pace, building the self-esteem they need for fulfilling and successful lives.
