First off, you must love working with children seven years and younger and enjoy being active yourself. Our team members are fun, outgoing and energetic and excel at communicating that energy and fun to parents and children. Sorry, The Little Gym is not for you if you enjoy sitting at a desk doing administrative tasks.

Experience or education in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, physical education, coaching, exercise science or cheerleading is required. For our team, we are looking for people who have some level of experience in one of these areas, love working with children, enjoy being fit, and have fun personalities. We are currently hiring for the following full and part-time positions at our West Roxbury, MA location:
· Parent/Child Instructors (teaching ages 4 months - 3 years old): Full or Part-time
· Preschool Gymnastics Instructors (teaching ages 3 – 6 years old): Full or Part-time
· Grade School Gymnastics Instructors: Full or Part-time
· Dance Instructors: Full or Part-time
· Sports Skills Instructors: Full or Part-time
· Birthday Party Leaders: Part-time (High school aged applicants welcome).
