I have been recently appointed head coach of a 3yr old team in our area.. Though the gym itself is new several coaches including my self have had a following. We have levels 4 -9 at this time but willhave several 10s by next year. Can you give me some insight in preparing them to apply ,sell themselves for scholarship opportunities.
