    i gto my state level 9 then had to quit coz oh my knee like i said. that was in about ummmm 2005/6 and i didnt start coaching again till last year so yeah i missed all the changes.
    i trained at niddrie for 10 years and i now coach at niddire and YMCA moonee valley. i love coahing but its hard seeing my friends still training while i cant
    what about you? level? club?

    hi thanks for your help with scoring i felt so stupit having doner gym for so long and not knowing what going on now
