I read that article by Tom Burgdorf his newsletter is great. I agree whole heartedly with him. There is nothing wrong with being average and not the "star" for teams need kids who work hard, progress and stick with it. I however, do believe that no kid is average they are all wonderful, unique creations beatifully and wonderfully made by God.
