1989 World Champion and two-time Olympian Svetlana Boguinskaia will compete for Belarus at the 1995 Visa Challenge in Fairfax, Va., on April 27-28. She replaces Inna Poklonskaya in the Belarussian line-up.

Boguinskaia trains in Houston, Texas, with coaches Bela and Martha Karolyi and Alexander Alexandrov. Also training along side Boguinskaia at Karolyi's are 1991 World Champion Kim Zmeskal and 1994 Junior National Champion Dominique Moceanu.

Boguinskaia has been living in the United States since Feb. 1994. Currently, she stands 5' 4" tall and weighs 108 lbs.
