Those girls were cute--I was always curious as to what they're thinking. I must admit that I was one of those gymnasts that honestly didn't really think why I was doing my skills--I always thought before I did them.

However, talking to yourself out loud about what you're supposed to be thinking during your beam routine does help you stay on. It works for my girls every time.
