Excellent posts RBW, you really have your finger on the pulse of the overuse injuries. Both Gymspot and chalk bowl should be happy to have your expertise.

As for chiropracters, just say no!!! They are not really qualified to do anything.

If it hurts, stop and see a real doctor...
