We had about 40 people in the house last night & now we are doing the big clean-up, LOL! The weather held out and we had fun. Adults sat outside on the deck with the fire burning, watching movies on our makeshift big screen. The kids played manhunt & on our trampoline. Hey, it's only once a year! Too much food and drinks over the past week though I must have gained 5 lbs

We too did the neighborhood party, and managed to stay up to see the New Year in. We had about 6 inches of snow in Northern Illinois, so it was a good night to stay close to home.
My wishes to all for a wonderful 2008. Pretty quiet here last night. My gymie wanted to try and stay up until midnight----I sent her to bed at 11pm without any objections.
my husband and i went to get some dinner and then just hung out at the house.. my girls spent the night with my mom. it's the first year i was away from them at on NYE.. it was nice though
