My 5 yo doing gymnastics demonstration at talent show

Here is my DD doing a gymnastics demonstration at our homeschool group's annual art festival and talent show. She just made it up as she went along. I was trying to help her to cut it short, but she eventually ended it. LOL. She was so excited and she loved them cheering for her. She was also totally thrilled that she had done all that back stuff "without warming up." She is flexible, but not she has to stretch usually for a bit before she can do anything back related.

Thanks! She was soo proud of herself. Said she was only a tiny bit nervous right before. I hope this means she will like competing. She loves a crowd.

That was fun to watch... the oohs and aahhs from the crowd were hysterical!

weren't they though? it was like they didn't know that little tiny kids do gymnastics. i think they were expecting a cartwheel, forward roll, backward roll, etc. LOL. i think she was even surprised at first that she got all that attention.

thanks guys. she loves getting up on stage. and even more loves it if there are going to be "people there to clap for me" LOL. not sure how meets are, but i plan on yelling for her.
