I've FINALLY switched to a fantastic gym! It's a great facility and the coaches are incredible. Downside is that it is an hour and a half away.

Because of the distance, I'm only able to train 4 weeks this summer, with some random days thrown in when I can carpool. I've already trained 2 weeks.

Since switching I've already gained three new skills and became stronger. How can I retain them and stay in shape this summer, especially since I'm training for level eight!
 
You may struggle to retain some of the skills if you take large chunks of time off. But it helps to condition in off times. Ask you coach for a conditioning list.
