I've got a feeling that I've been switching my twisting directions. How do I figure out which way I should be twisting? I'm in a panic about this, since I'm only able to do open training until August.
 
I think that as long as your twisting is comfortable and controllable and that you are twisting the same direction for both front and back, then it doesn't matter which direction you are twisting. However, to figure out which way you are going, you could do whatever amount of twisting is easiest for you and pay special attention to which way you are twisting. When you start to open up after you twist, see which way you are twisting.

I've done a lot of experimenting with my twisting, including switching directions entirely :), so I hope this helps!
