MAG Future Stars Routine Descriptions

Where do I find the routine descriptions for Future Stars for this year?

I have the 2011 routines, not sure how much they change from year to year. These were on usagym.org but I am not seeing them anymore.

that's the one i have as well. It is before the newest quad so I don't think it is 100% correct. I can't find new ones either ;(
