posting some videos of some of my favorite acro partnerships (yes my favourite type is mixed pairs)
Acro is a regrettably dying sport, ashamed to admit. Hoping to shed some light on it to gain popularity and be entered into the Olympics (I'd much rather watch this than bowls or archery). Yes it may be wishful thinking but it can't hurt one to try!

I love acro, and mixed pairs is my favourite too. Tell me, why do you say it's a dying sport? That isn't my experience of acro at all, but I'm really interested as to why you think it is?

As I've competed in a couple of mixed pairs over the years, I've been competing against less and less over the years, and the world champs 2013 only saw 5 pairs from the world. That's out of 7 billion people only 10 went to the world championships

That makes sense and is really sad to read.
Acro is such an amazing sport, and in particular mixed pairs is breath-taking.
Are you still competing?

Our gym almost has a larger acro group than the boys! Most of the WAG girls do both wag and acro (including me) it's definitely not dying over her in Australia
