So, I used to have my low bar kip. Pretty consistently. Then, I switched gyms. After a few day break from the gym. When I got to the new gym, I found I could not make my kip. And I had competed on the bars they had, and it was fine.

When I don't make my kip (I can do it sometimes), it is due to me not 'pushing' on the bar. Can you give me some tips on how to fix this???

It mostly takes practice even though it's frustrating, but you just have to deal with it. However, I'm sure your coach can give you drills to do to get back your kip. This is when (trying to get a skill) you really should communicate with your coach. If your coach is not working with you, when you asked them to, then you can always search up a few drills for kips on YouTube. I found one link on YouTube that might be helpful. (Fast forward to 1:50 for the part I think will help you the most and what I am understanding you have trouble with)

I hope I did that correctly :)
Good luck!
