WAG Knee Issue?

Hi everyone my name is Leia and I am currently training level 9. My issue is that my knee's are extremely knobby, to the point where my legs don't look straight and I get deductions :confused: Also it plays in on every event and even flexibility. Also I am pretty flexible (I have all of my splits down and pikes) but it just looks like my knees aren't all the way straight and my coaches always say something about it! And also I pretty strong, I don't know how to fix this or even if I can fix this any suggestions on what I should do? o_O
 
Another idea is to camouflage it... use make up to lighten the knee cap area so it is less noticible. Our HC had that issue as a gymnast and at one meet, she got deducted really hard because the judges looked at the top of her knees instead of the backs. Her HC appealed a beam score with a lower than expected start value... and they called her over so they could look... she was actually hyper extended in back but looked bent in front.
