Your coach is a good person to ask! only they know what your areas in need of work are and they will probably be pleased that you wan't to do some extra conditioning.
 
This was my daughters list for when we were on vacation last week, she is level 4

Cardio: Run / swim or bike 20’
Stretching (team warm up)
Squat straight jumps 20x
Wall sit 1min
Wall handstand hold 1min
Leg kicks 15x each
Leg pulses 10x each
Press handstands 10x
Push ups 2x20
Plank 1min all sides
Mountain climbers 20x each
1 leg squat 10x each
Releves (use weights) 50x
Chin ups 4x5
Hollow hold 1min
Arch hold 1min
100 abs, sides, back
Arms only arch ups 50x
Fire hydrants 15x each
Heel drives 50x each
Shoulder stretch 30 sec each
Half split against wall 1min each
Center split against wall 1min
Pike stretch 1min
Feet stretch with band
 
I realize there isn't much legs... But it's a start. This was my list when I was in my boot (hence no legs) however I agree that your coach is a good resource !
Bridge warm up
30 second gymnast bridge
1 minute oversplits
2 minute splits
2 sets of 2 minute plank
1 minute dead hang
2 sets of 10 leg lifts
2 sets of 10 chin ups /pullups
2 handstands for 1.5 min
3 sets of 1 minute hollow hold
35 sit ups
25 obliques to each side
50 crunches
3 sets of 6 jelly bellies
2 sets of 25 v-ups
2 sets of 15 wide arm push-ups
3 sets of 10 triangle push-ups
2 sets of 30 push-ups
2 sets of 25 mountain climbers
2 sets of 10 straddle circles
