I posted this already within an existing thread, but after listening to it twice, I think this is an extremely worthwhile listen for coaches, gym owners, parents, and even gymnasts (recommended 13+ with parental guidance).
It is relevant not only to gymnastics, but also in today's sports-centric world where everyone is pushing to be the next best thing ahead of our common sense. I think we would all do well to keep the potential for abuse top of mind; hopefully our collective vigilance might keep our gym families accountable to our kids.
