Question what is the difference...

I am confused about something...

What is the difference between USAG, USAIG, and AAU? Are there benefits to being in one and not the other? Can you be in more than one?

Thanks...

hmmm, not sure but here is what I know:

USAIG - is geared towards gymnasts who want to compete in college
USAG - the "biggie" for comp gymnastics...both mens and womens
AAU - I think they are easier in some respects as to skills and qualifications to move up levels.

I think a gym could belong to and compete in all 3 of them.
