Conditioning?

Does anyone know any conditioning routines that are fun, but effective?

Conditioning routines? I could give you a whole list of ab conditioning and like arms and stuff but I don't have any routines. Or you could pick like 5 exercises and do kks or 55s which is you do 10 of everything then 9 of everything then 8 of everything and if you go all the way down to one it is 55.

Yeah sorry. I didn't mean routines, but rather things like the ab or arm conditioning you mentioned. Sorry about that!

Drills and skills has a conditioning page. They also have a workout log that you can print A LOT of various conditioning sets.
