I Need Help In Major Panic!!

Ok, I ripped on Sunday night (or at the weekend, I'm not sure ) and it was rather large and messy.... anyway I got blood all down my wristbands. And I tried washing them but it didn't work. I just have a nasty coloured patch all over it and I have a regional meet on Saturday!! Our gym is quite strict about our presentation and the coach told me I couldn't wear them with The Mark on them but I don't have a spare clean pair and the shop has sold out!!! I'm in a major panic PLEASE HELP!!!

I would visit your local Sports store... (ie. Dunhams, Sports Authority, kohls even) and get a new pair.

Would your coach mind if you use another teammates pair who goes up before you?

Just a thought.

gym law mom will become famous soon enough
They're just sweatbands like tennis, raquetball players etc. wear. Nothing really special. I would look around a sporting goods store---bet you'll find a pair you can wear for Sat.

Like everyone else has said, check out your local sporting goods store. You could also just wrap some athletic tape around the wristband, or put a patch of tape over the spot. Good luck this weekend!
