high bar

hi you all im not a gymnast im a free runner and i use gyms alot and liked how the high bar was made to bend like they do i wanted to know if there was a certain way of treatring the bars for them to do that if you have any tips they are so needed so give them please!!

They're made out of fiberglass actually--the women's bars are that is.
