Smile Stretches for "Tight Knees"?

Hello,

My DD's coach has told us that her knees are "too tight" (meaning that the muscles and tendons on the back side of her knees need to be stretched). Does anyone have any good stretches she could be doing at home?

Have her sit on the floor ina pike with her feet elevated on something about a foot high. Put a pillow on her knees with a 10lb weight on it. Have her sit like that a while.

Just please...be VERY careful doing passive knee stretches...

Sometimes slightly bent knees are better than weakened tendons.
