Handstand stuff..

I absolutely love doing different types of handstands on beam. And I was just wondering if anyone knew some interesting varieties for beam. I'm already working a full pirouette and press ups.. I was thinking about trying a 1 handed one, too.
Thanks!

For some variety you could cartwheel in and out of your handstands/handstand pirouette instead of lunge. We also have a girl who starts in squat with her hands in front of her and jumps to handstand - looks kinda neat. Also work handstands in different poses (split/wolf etc)

You could check out Natalia Yurchenko's one handed 45 degree handstand on the very end of the beam- i think it would be really hard to pull off but great if you do. I don't have the link now though, sorry!
