Taping Wrist?

Okay so I have a really good question to ask everyone.

Ehm when I will go back training at gym ( maybe in the summer) I will be taping my wrist.(because its injured if you didn't know.) But the problem is I don't really know how and I don't think my coach knows how either. So any advice would be nice!

Thanks!!!

This site has video that you can watch to show you how to tape the right way. I learned how to do T's off here. Buy underwrap and good tape though, that way it will not make your skin sore. You can buy it at action sport or online, your coaches should be able to buy it for you too.

How is your wrist coming along Charlo? T is injured again, tough with the meets this year.

This one is just for the wrist and looks easy to follow, has step by step photos and instructions.

Oh thanks!!! I'll show that to my coach when I'll go back training but....yeah well my wrist does not want to heal.... That sucks about T's injury. I've read about it in another thread.
