My daughter has been working on them on beam and says they are super hard. She has only accomplished a half.

My dd uses prewrap. Wrap around lower leg several times and then roll to fit snugly right on patellar tendon. Helps her a lot. Now if we could just find something for her severs.

My dd LOVES the leos that they give as the meet gift. Plus it didn't hurt that she won beam and took 2nd AA and won a free week at Flip Fest camp. I agree about the popcorn it was amazing.

This just proves to me that my 4' 9" almost 15 year old gymnast that has always been delayed is fine. She started high school this year and is just starting to show signs of puberty. I have a feeling she will change a lot this year.

My dd competed her 2nd year of 8 with a doubleback bar dismount and scored well. She also had 9 skills in her floor routine and did well there also.

My dd has had contacts dince she was 9. I had to help her the first 2 weeks then she caught on. She is 14 now. Only problem we have had is the occasional pice of foam pit getting behind one but that is rare. She started wearing them for gym only but within a month decided she liked them better.

My dd had this really bad and she got a treatment from a physical therapist called ASTYM worked great and has stayed away after 5 treatments.
