i'm looking for a competiton that an adult can enter for Prep gold aau or usag, in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida panhandle in October or November. Need practice in front of judges so could enter as a 'demo' or some other way. any ideas out there? Mobile AL area would be great.
Empire gymnastics has opened an adult level for their christmas classic venue in New Orleans weekend of Dec 16th. they will probably follow xcel prep rules since they don't have aau. OUR MEETS

i've noticed that the competitions listed on the aau site are mostly all for 18 and under except for the winter national in feb. i've been told that for usag competitions (which are the ones that the gym i frequent, goes to) - there is no option for adults, dollars or not. i've signed up to do...

what levels are you thinking about for adults? and when? coming off of some knee surgery so not ready yet but defintely interested in going there or other state (depending on work schedule). thanks
