Looking for list with pictures of basic positions.

Does anyone know of a great site to view pictures and the names of basic skills? We are coming from a different sport and we do a lot of the same manuevers but I know they are called different things. I would just be able to look and see the difference.

I.E. A spiral in skating i think is a scaling in gymnastics.

I was curious what it is called when you stand on one foot and pull your other foot up by your ear. (kind of like when you do a heel stretch in cheering).

Just simple basics thanks

http://cheerleading.about.com/od/stu...unt_index.htmi found this for cheerleading so something similar.

This website will show you pics and video of all the skills from level1 through level 6 USAG. Very well done with a nice written description. One youtube you can find all the USAG routines by using the search feature.

Enjoy the beginning of your gym journey!
