Flyway

i have been doing flyways for 4 weeks and i just started to do layouts on highbar how can i get higher and not longer.


i all so want to start giants any tips?

For your fly away try making your swings bigger and then kick your toes up towards the ceiling really hard (before and as you let go). Hopefully that makes sense.

As far as giants--don't be afraid to swing big and keep your shoulders open...they are sooo much fun!!!
